It’s great to have parents involved in their child’s cheerleading career.  You sacrifice so much as a cheer parent to make your kids feel the benefit of having a positive experience, being a part of a team sport and of course learning life lessons that will carry them so much farther in life. A cheer mom or dad should be involved in everything from a child’s safety to competition. Here are a few reasons that you know you’re a cheer mom (or dad) when…

1. You can’t function unless your daily planner is color coordinated with post-it note additions.

2. Your cheer gym is programmed in your GPS as “Home.”
