ZipRegistration has launched its complete event management system, following more than 20 months of development. The platform is now available to event producers and gyms across the cheer and dance industries and is positioned for use beginning with the 2026–27 season.
The launch represents the company’s move from limited tools to a fully integrated system intended to manage the full competition lifecycle, including registration, billing, scoring, and results delivery.
According to ZipRegistration, the platform is designed to handle competition operations within a single system. Event producers can manage event creation and administration, while gyms can register teams, track athletes, and manage billing from their accounts.
The system is currently in use by five event brands, including Global Cheer Worlds, marking its first large-scale implementations following the launch.
The platform includes tools for team registration and automated billing. Invoicing features support fees, discounts, and athlete pass tracking, with transactions recorded directly within gym accounts.
As part of the launch, ZipRegistration introduced an Unlimited Athlete Pass. The pass is a one-time purchase per athlete per season and applies to most events, excluding championships. The pass is visible within the system during registration and billing processes.
ZipRegistration’s system includes digital scoring functionality using standardized scoresheets. The scoring workflow incorporates head judge approval before results are finalized and released. Scores and feedback are delivered through the same platform used for registration and event management.
Judging data and event results are stored within the system, allowing gyms to access scores without relying on external platforms.
Bid tracking is included as part of the platform’s gym-side features. Bids earned throughout the season are listed by team within each gym account, alongside registration history and event participation.
Team management tools allow gyms to add athletes and coaches, organize rosters, and manage teams across multiple events. Event producers can access this data through the admin side of the platform.
ZipRegistration confirmed that a new public-facing home page is live and that additional backend features are scheduled to roll out in the coming weeks. These updates are focused on administrative controls, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Upcoming features also include athlete recognition for warm-up check-in and verification tools intended to confirm athlete participation on the competition floor.
As part of the launch, ZipRegistration announced a partnership with Victory Cheer Uniforms, offering an incentive program for ZIP users and partners nationwide.
With the full system now launched, ZipRegistration enters the 2026–27 season as a consolidated option for competition management in cheer and dance. Adoption across additional events and brands is expected as the platform continues to expand its feature set.
