Allan stated that the object hit her in the head, causing her to lose consciousness before being lowered to the ground by a cheerleader.
The incident occurred after BYU clinched a win with a field goal, following a controversial holding call on 4th-and-10 that extended the drive. Allan shared a statement on social media, describing the incident and asking anyone with information to come forward. Police are reportedly reviewing video footage to help identify the person responsible.
