The Spring CDT Coaches Conference is back for its 16th year and once again delivering one of the most anticipated and respected coaching education events in the cheerleading world.

Led by longtime organizers Lisa Aucoin and Kenny Feeley, the 2025 edition returns to Montreal, Canada from September 6–7, with a hybrid format that gives coaches from across the globe access to every session—live or on-demand.

What sets Spring CDT apart is its longevity, quality, and influence. The event has shaped the way coaching conferences are run in the cheer industry for nearly two decades, building a format that brings true learning to life.

“The way we teach coaches has changed because the sport has changed,” said Aucoin. “Spring CDT continues to evolve to meet that challenge.”

This year’s event will welcome international gym owners, elite choreographers, vendors, instructors, and industry leaders. Every in-person session will be filmed and uploaded, giving all attendees six months of access to the full conference experience through WHOVA.

With sessions focused on stunting, tumbling, team management, choreography, leadership, and retention, the Spring CDT Conference delivers in-depth training designed to help programs succeed at every level.

The hybrid model offers flexibility for coaches who can’t make it to Montreal. Whether watching live or tuning in weeks later, attendees can participate fully—on their own schedule.

“The conference has always been about access,” Aucoin added. “We want to make sure that whether you’re a first-year junior coach or a program director overseeing 300 athletes, you leave with something valuable.”

The addition of unlimited junior coach passes and multi-coach packages makes this year’s event even more accessible for growing programs.
